Early Childhood Care and Education
- SPM English Medium School is committed to delivering quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in compliance with State Board regulations and NEP 2020.
- The ECCE programme follows a play-based, activity-oriented and experiential approach, focusing on the holistic development of children during the Foundational Stage (3–8 years).
- The curriculum emphasizes Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), language development, early mathematical thinking, environmental awareness, life skills, creativity, and value education through age-appropriate learning experiences.
- The school ensures a safe, inclusive, hygienic and emotionally supportive environment.
- Continuous observation and informal assessment practices are followed.
- No formal examinations, academic pressure, or rote learning are imposed at the pre-primary level.
- The programme supports a smooth transition to the State Board primary education.
